E‑COURRIER is an enterprise correspondence management platform built to digitize and control the full lifecycle of official mail and documents. It replaces fragmented paper workflows with a secure, traceable, role‑driven system covering registration, routing, and archiving while ensuring confidentiality and compliance. The solution is full‑stack: a Java Spring Boot REST backend with modular business domains (arrivals, departures, employee mail, archiving, support) and robust access control, plus system dictionaries for consistent classification. The Angular frontend delivers a role‑based experience with admin dashboards, user activation, role assignment, profile management, and statistics. Dockerized deployment and scripted startup tooling make it easy to run across environments. The result is a scalable, auditable system that reduces manual work and improves turnaround time.
YR HOTELS - WebApp Gestion Hôtelière
I built a full‑stack hotel booking web app with Laravel that unifies room reservations, restaurant table bookings, and spa sessions in one flow. Users can browse services, pick dates, add items to a cart, and confirm bookings that generate reservation records and invoices. The system supports room pricing by stay duration and fixed pricing for other services. It includes secure authentication, user profiles, reservation history, and cancellation with invoice updates. On the admin side, a dashboard provides KPIs (reservations, revenue, users), monthly trends, and product/user management. I also integrated an AI chat assistant to guide users on hotel services, plus a contact form with email delivery. The project follows Laravel MVC with clear routing, controllers, migrations, and relational data modeling for maintainability and scalability.
DentalAI - AI MultiAgent WhatsApp Patient Assistant (SaaS)
Built a multi-tenant Dental AI platform for Moroccan clinics: a FastAPI + PostgreSQL backend with row-level isolation per clinic, LangGraph/LangChain agents for triage, booking, and FAQs, and WhatsApp integration (Meta Cloud API and legacy Twilio) with encrypted per-clinic credentials. The pipeline handles language detection (Darija/French/Arabic/English), intent routing, clarifications, sentiment escalation, and memory learning while enforcing strict rate limiting and reliability fallbacks. Scheduling runs in-process (APScheduler) and supports automated reminders. The system includes a secure admin layer, role-based access, webhook validation, and WebSocket operator handoff when human control is required. Data seeding, reporting, and onboarding scripts are included, plus a Next.js dashboard. Optimized for real-world clinic operations: fast response times, scalable SaaS architecture, and clear, patient-friendly messaging.
